During my time at RMS Beauty, I worked closely with our Director of E-Commerce to champion a much needed face-lift to our email program. Our big focuses revolved around prioritizing the mobile experience, creating a consistent brand voice and look utilizing our refreshed branding, and A/B testing in order to make numbers based decisions. RMS went from sending 3-4 emails per week to now sending 6-7 emails per week to better utilize our segments through the use of A/B testing designs and testing variables like times and audiences. I also created a templated library of designs that were proven to resonate well with our customers. Here are a few of my favorite examples!
